مرحبًا بك في كفرد باَي ام نحن نحرص على توفير تجربة تسوّق آمنة وواضحة لجميع عملائنا. باستخدامك لخدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية:

1. المنتجات

جميع العبايات المعروضة مصممة بعناية وقد تختلف قليلاً من قطعة لأخرى بسبب التفاصيل اليدوية أو التطريز. الألوان قد تختلف بشكل بسيط بحسب إعدادات شاشة الجهاز.

2. الطلبات

• يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد استلام الدفع.

• في حال كانت العباية مصممة حسب الطلب، يبدأ التنفيذ بعد التأكيد وقد يستغرق من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.

• نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب تتعلق بالتوافر أو خلل في النظام.

3. الدفع

• نقبل الدفع عبر التحويل البنكي، أو حسب وسائل الدفع المتوفرة الموضحة عند إتمام الطلب.

4. الشحن والتوصيل

• يتم الشحن لجميع دول العالم .

• مدة التوصيل تعتمد على المدينة وطريقة الشحن.

• لسنا مسؤولين عن التأخير الناتج عن شركة الشحن.

5. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• يتم الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام في حال وجود خلل واضح في المنتج أو استلام منتج غير المطلوب.

• لا يُقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال للعبايات المصممة حسب الطلب أو التي تم تعديلها بناءً على طلب العميل.

• يجب أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبحالها الأصلية مع التغليف والفاتورة.

6. الخصوصية

نحترم خصوصيتك، وأي بيانات يتم جمعها (مثل الاسم والعنوان) تُستخدم فقط لمعالجة الطلبات أو التواصل بشأنها.

7. حقوق الملكية

جميع الصور والتصاميم والنصوص على هذه الصفحة هي ملك لـ كفرد باَي ام ويُمنع نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن مسبق

Welcome to Covered by M By using our services or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products

All abayas are carefully designed, and slight variations may occur due to hand embroidery or custom details. Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings.

2. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

• For custom-made abayas, production begins after confirmation and may take 7–14 business days.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock availability or technical issues.

3. Payment

• We accept payments via bank transfer or other available payment methods as stated during checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer worldwide shipping.

• Delivery time depends on the city and shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the item only if there is a clear defect or if the wrong product was delivered.

• Custom-made or altered abayas are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging and receipt.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (like name or address) is used only to process your order or contact you regarding it.

7. Intellectual Property
